The role emphasizes developing a proactive prospecting and marketing plan, guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to contract, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Ability to prospect, educate, and set expectations with home buyers.
• Comfort with technology and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities
