Job summary

Clayton Retail in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Retail Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and coordinate the construction of their new home to deliver a world-class buying experience.

You will set appointments, demonstrate model homes, and maintain CRM-driven follow-up, with a base salary of $50k plus commission and abundant earning potential. Full benefits and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of goal-oriented sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of retail environment and customer flow.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet schedules.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons, lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and select options.
• Coordinate construction process to deliver a smooth home purchase.
• Set appointments and convert leads from various sources.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features to add value.
• Maintain customer files and follow up using the CRM system.
