Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction of homes in assigned community, ensuring adherence to schedules and scopes of work.
• Schedule and supervise daily trade partner activities; manage inspections and quality control.
• Plan from pre-construction through completion; conduct New Home Orientation and customer sign-off.
• Deliver a “Zero Defect” home at New Home Orientation and ensure on-time Close of Escrow.
• Maintain records of change orders, POs, inspections, and trade partner performance.
