Qualifikationen

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to independently anticipate, set, and coordinate multiple work unit priorities and projects with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot standard office and program administration problems and respond to inquiries and requests related to the work area, referring more complex matters as appropriate.
• Ability to take initiative, anticipate problems, and resolve issues in a timely manner, applying independent judgment, discretion, and initiative to develop solutions that are practical, thorough, and at times creative.
• Demonstrated skill in gathering, tracking, and compiling data and information, and presenting it in a concise and organized manner for meetings and reports.
