The successful candidate will lead POS projects, manage vendor relationships, and provide training and documentation. Expect 5+ years of DRB POS experience, some travel, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DRB POS systems experience in car wash or retail.
• Proven track record leading technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
• Willingness to travel to car wash sites; on-call rotation as needed.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• POS System Administration: Manage DRB POS systems across multiple locations, ensuring uptime and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues; escalation point for complex issues.
• Project Leadership: Lead POS upgrades, integrations, and rollouts with internal teams.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Primary contact for POS vendors; maintain relationships for timely support.
• Training & Documentation: Train staff; develop and maintain SOPs and support materials.
• System Optimization: Analyze usage and performance to identify improvements.
