Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in drayage operations or terminal management.
• Existing relationships with carriers or customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a fleet of owner-operators.
• Develop and grow shipper accounts in target verticals.
• Own daily operations: dispatch, compliance, customer service, P&L.
• Build the team and systems as volume grows.
