Job summary

Maersk Freight Brokerage in New Jersey is seeking a Drayage specialist for our Cold Storage Facility. You will manage drayage operations, coordinate with carriers, and optimize port-related logistics to deliver reliable service.

The role requires deep knowledge of port operations, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A related associate degree and experience with broker platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Drayage and port operations and brokerage.
• Logistics/Trucking industry experience with drayage focus.
• Strong independence and self-starting work style.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain carrier relationships for drayage and port operations.
• Research and resolve freight and billing issues related to shipments.
• Communicate with carriers and leadership to align goals.
