Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair non-functioning or poor-pouring draught systems per state guidelines.
• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls.
• Maintain and manage inventory of draught knobs, service equipment, and event materials.
• Manage and maintain company vehicle, tools, and service equipment.
• Track and document service activities, logs, and required reporting.
• Prioritize and manage multiple service requests independently while communicating progress to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Draft Line Technician – Position Summary

We are a leading beverage system installation and service company in the Tulsa area seeking a service-driven Draft Line Technician to support our on-premise customers. This role is responsible for draught system service, installation, maintenance, and customer support, while ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. The position may also assist with special event setup and execution.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to on-premise accounts and communicate effectively with customer staff
• Install, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot draught beverage systems and lines

• Complete draught line installations and routine service calls
