Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a DRAM Firmware Engineer to develop, validate, and integrate DRAM drivers for SSD firmware platforms. You will collaborate with DRAM IP, PHY IP, ECC, and controller teams to ensure robust read/write training and timing.

Responsibilities include configuring DDR4/DDR5 mode registers, DRAM initialization, power states, and write leveling. You will document technical requirements and support product schedules in a cross-functional environment.
