Job summary

The role blends semiconductor device physics, materials engineering, experimentation, and data-driven decision making to improve performance, density, and reliability, with opportunities to apply AI-assisted analysis to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical characterization, device testing, statistical analysis, and interpretation of experimental data.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of DRAM access devices, capacitors, and cell stack elements through characterization and data analysis.
• Design and implement silicon experiments; perform electrical, physical, and materials characterization with statistics.
• Analyze device and array-level behavior including sensing margins and retention.
• Collaborate with modeling, design, process integration, and manufacturing teams to optimize technology.
