Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced MTS Design Verification Engineer to lead DRAM verification strategy for next-gen memory products. You will guide methodology improvements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with global teams to push innovation in verification and design.

The role requires 8+ years in DRAM/memory verification, strong transistor-level debugging, and proficiency with HSPICE, Verilog, and SystemVerilog. A senior leadership mindset and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of DRAM/memory or advanced CMOS verification experience.
• Strong transistor-level circuit analysis and debugging skills.
• Experience with HSPICE, Finesim, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
• Deep understanding of CMOS fundamentals and semiconductor design principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on DRAM design/verification expertise for advanced memory products.

Responsibilities

• Lead DRAM verification innovation, architecture, and strategy during product execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to define best-known methods for verification and product development.
• Drive verification planning, coverage closure, and silicon debugging for advanced DRAM products.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, methodologies, and flows to improve verification efficiency and quality.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to senior leadership.
• Lead DRAM design and/or verification innovation, driving technical strategy and execution.
