Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Design Engineer to design and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products. You will work with global teams to ensure cost, quality, reliability, and timely delivery across the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong circuit design skills, SPICE/Verilog modeling, and experience with Synopsys and Cadence tools. Collaboration with Design, Verification, and Manufacturing teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience developing and evaluating digital and analog circuits for memory products.
• Ability to model and simulate ICs using SPICE and Verilog.
• Working knowledge of Synopsys tools and Cadence Virtuoso.
• Experience reviewing specifications and logic flowcharts for semiconductor devices.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support engineering productivity and data-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize digital, analog, memory, and logic circuits, including schematic development, layout, and verification.
• Perform chip layout design, circuit checking, parasitic modeling, and documenting specifications.
• Support design validation, reticle experiments, tape-out revisions, and evaluation of devices.
• Lead layout efforts including floorplanning, placement, and routing to meet product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and high-quality designs, including AI-assisted analysis.
