Drake Arena: Concession Stands Attendant

Under direct supervision of Ice Arena Manager, the concession stand employee will prepare and sell concession foods and beverages, will maintain inventory, will clean and maintain all concessions equipment and provide customer assistance to arena patrons.

Essential Job Functions:

Handle money and make change

Communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals

Prepare food and beverages for athletic and special events

Clean and maintain concessions equipment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to make change and handle money accurately.

Ability to be courteous and provide excellent customer service.

Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work independently and or with others.

Ability to maintain prompt and dependable work hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 year of age or older.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.

Previous experience working with the public or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
