The role focuses on educating homeowners, presenting clear drain solutions, and closing sales after one call. You will work with drain technicians to define scopes of work and deliver reliable results.

• Proven track record in a one-call close sales role.
• Ability to clearly explain sewer issues and solutions to homeowners.
• Proficiency with iPhone/iPad.
• Clean DMV record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations and solutions for residential drain cleaning, drain repair, sewer repair, and sewer replacement projects.
• Educates homeowners on the condition of their drain and sewer systems, including preventative maintenance and long-term repair options.
• Identifies and presents solutions for common drain and sewer issues, including backups, blockages, root intrusion, line breaks, and deteriorated piping.
• Works closely with drain technicians and sewer crews to develop accurate scopes of work for drain and sewer restoration projects.
• Assists homeowners in understanding available options for drain line repairs, sewer line replacements, trenchless solutions, and excavation projects.
• Evaluates opportunities for additional drain and sewer services that improve system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
