The City of McAllen is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform manual labor in street and sidewalk repairs, drainage maintenance, and related construction tasks. Under immediate supervision you will assist with projects and report on assigned work.

Job description

Under immediate supervision and procedural control, the Maintenance Worker performs manual labor involved with street repairs, sidewalk repairs, construction repairs and drainage maintenance. The employee may be assigned a number of tasks, including reporting requirements associated with such tasks. Decisions are made on a routine level under immediate supervision with no responsibilities for reports or records.
