Job Title: Business Development Lead | Metric Geo | Transportation Engineering

This role involves leading and innovating on high-impact infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced Drainage/Water Resources Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Working on high-profile infrastructure projects that influence communities.
• Taking ownership of project components and mentoring junior staff.
• Expanding expertise in design, planning, and construction.
• Contributing to career growth and leadership pathways.

Additional duties involve preparing project specifications, reports, and design documents, conducting design analysis, impact studies, and site reviews, designing projects from concept to completion, performing quality control, providing technical guidance, and leading small teams within multidisciplinary environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or equivalent).
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software.
• Passion for problem-solving and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
