Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers (KIE) has an opening for a Drainage Engineer Intern in our Design Engineering Services Group. You will be part of our growing Infrastructure Design Department, focusing on water resources and drainage design concepts using AutoCAD, including presentation exhibits.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with hydraulics/hydrology coursework; GPA 3.0+ preferred; strong communication and work ethic; on-site participation at Lone Tree, CO

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with hydraulics or hydrology focus.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
• Coursework in transportation and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop Water resources/drainage design concepts using AutoCAD.
• Develop presentation exhibits using AutoCAD.
• Investigate alternate intersection/interchange concepts.
