Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus four years of related inspecting experience.
• Florida Driver's License is required.
• Certification in Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector (DEP) or obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Review lot drainage plans for compliance with the Unified Development Code.
• Provide on-site inspections of private, public and County property; back up Land Development Inspectors as needed.
• Assist in review of site development and right‑of‑way permits.
