Job summary

The Service Professor LLC is seeking a Drain Technician in Kentwood, MI to locally restore flow in customer homes and generate leads for our Sewer team. You’ll interact daily with customers and rotate on-call duties to meet after-hours needs.

You will work with a team using mobile tools, educate customers, and help convert service visits into long-term solutions while earning with comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of plumbing, drain cleaning, or related experience.
• Proficient CRM, Outlook and Excel for customer records.
• Clear communication with customers and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Locate blockages and temporarily restore flow to home drain lines.
• Educate customers on sewer care best practices.
• Convert service job into a lead for Sewer Sales.
• Build rapport to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collect client information and document interactions.
• Share company perks like memberships and financing options.
• Use mobile tech to photo, document, and finalize work orders.
• Collect payment and provide documentation.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Serve on an on-call duty rotation.
• Travel to customer homes.
