Job summary

Thousand Oaks Plumbing is seeking a Drain Technician to diagnose and perform drain cleaning on residential and commercial properties. You will use ServiceTitan to manage work orders and customer information while delivering safe, high-quality service.

With 2+ years of drain service experience and strong communication skills, you will spot opportunities for additional service sales and help ensure customers stay satisfied while you accurately collect payments and maintain organized trucks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role.
• Comfort using ServiceTitan software.
• Ability to spot opportunities and close additional service sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage transactions and collect payments.
• A valid driver's license that meets company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties.

• Spot additional plumbing issues and recommend smart solutions for customers.
