• Operate sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues.
• Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections.
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners.
• Build trust and help customers make informed decisions.
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well‑stocked truck.
• Train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work.
• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets.
