What You'll Do
- Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls.
- Operate sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues.
- Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections.
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners.
- Build trust and help customers make informed decisions.
- Work closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution.
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well‑stocked truck.
- Train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work.
- Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets.
