HMC Plumbing in Dallas-Fort Worth is actively hiring a Service Plumber. You will diagnose and repair leaks, drains, water heaters, and gas lines, and assist licensed plumbers on service and repair jobs while learning diagnostics, repairs, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred).

Service Plumber

Full Time Dallas-Fort Worth +

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair leaks, drains, water heaters, and gas lines
• Perform non-invasive testing and document findings
• Communicate options and pricing clearly to customers
• Keep your truck stocked and organized

What You Bring

• Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
• 3+ years residential service experience
• Valid driver license and clean driving record

What You Will Do

• Assist licensed plumbers on service and repair jobs
• Learn diagnostics, repairs, and documentation
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and the work area
• Grow toward your apprentice registration and license

What You Bring

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• No experience required, just a strong work ethic

Clear, camera-inspect, and repair drain and sewer lines. From simple clogs to slab and sewer line work, you will find the real problem and fix it.

What You Will Do

• Cable and hydro-jet drain lines
• Run camera inspections and locate line issues
• Recommend and perform sewer and slab repairs
• Document findings for customers and insurance when needed

What You Bring

• 2+ years drain and sewer experience
• Comfortable with cameras, jetters, and locators

Be the friendly first voice customers hear. Book calls, coordinate the schedule, and keep techs and customers in sync from our Addison office.

What You Will Do

• Answer calls and book service appointments
• Coordinate and optimize the daily technician schedule
• Follow up with customers and confirm appointments
• Keep accurate records in our system

What You Bring

• Great phone presence and people skills
• Organized and calm under a busy schedule
• Comfortable with scheduling and CRM software
• Prior dispatch or customer service a plus
• Paid ongoing training and license support
