Qualifications

• Drain stoppage experience and ability to diagnose sewer issues.
• Confidence operating sewer cameras and locator equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently from start to finish.
• Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assess drain and sewer issues using cameras, snakes, and hydro jetters.
• Follow structured sales process to diagnose, present, and close.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and propose services.
• Operate excavation equipment when required.
• Run jobs from first visit to completion.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction on every call.
