Job summary

PrecisionToday seeks a Home Services Sales Advisor (Drains) to drive in-home consultations, diagnose sewer and drain issues, and present permanent, high-value solutions. You will leverage camera inspections and sonar mapping to guide homeowners toward the best long-term outcome.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call close in-home sales (drain/sewer experience preferred).
• Ability to clearly explain complex sewer issues to homeowners.
• Comfortable using iPhone/iPad and inspection technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential sewer and drain issues and present permanent, high-value solutions.
• Use camera inspection equipment to visually guide homeowners through the problem.
• Accurately locate and map sewer lines using sonar equipment.
• Collaborate with drain technicians and coordinators to execute installation projects.
• Prepare detailed job scope, photos, and notes for smooth project execution.
• Price jobs with understanding of labor, materials, permits and profitability.
• Generate ongoing project opportunities and educate homeowners on financing options.
