The role emphasizes educating customers, generating estimates, and expanding referrals while meeting growth goals within a collaborative team. On-site position with competitive commission-based pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or relationship-building experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential drain and sewer issues.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and related services.
• Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions.
• Prepare estimates and communicate service recommendations clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors and referral partners.
• Prospect for new business through networking and contractor visits.
• Promote services including drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro jetting, sewer excavation, pipe lining, and specialty drain solutions.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, efficient job completion.
