Fischer Services is seeking an experienced Drain & Sewer Technician in Mountlake Terrace, WA. This is a commission-driven role with uncapped earning potential and a track record of quality work and customer service.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $150,000+ annually. The home office supports operational efficiency, and successful candidates will diagnose, repair, and explain options clearly to customers in residential settings.

Qualifications

• At least two years of drain-cleaning, sewer-service, plumbing-service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve drain and sewer problems.
• Experience operating drain-cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, and hydro-jetting equipment strongly preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical findings and service recommendations clearly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose residential drain and sewer problems accurately.
• Clear stoppages and restore proper flow using professional drain-cleaning equipment.
• Operate pipeline inspection tools and explain findings and options to customers.
• Prepare accurate estimates and review pricing, scope of work, and service terms.
• Complete service documentation, photographs, estimates, and paperwork on time.
• Follow up with customers per company procedures.
