Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a current EPA universal certificate.
• 1-3 years, minimum, experience operating main drain machines, hand drain machines, jetting machines, locators, cameras.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential drainage service calls within their current area of expertise.
• Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in our team and sell the right products and services with integrity.
• Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot slow or backed up drains within the home.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, damaged, or underperforming waste and vent systems.
• Manage all jobs to achieve proposed gross margins.
• Be accurate and timely with all related digital invoices and notes.
