Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA universal certification required.
• Experience with basic service calls and tools.
• Ability to read and understand policies, safety rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers to make informed decisions based on proposed solutions.
• Complete residential drainage service calls within area of expertise.
• Establish customer rapport to build confidence and sell services with integrity.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging or underperforming systems.
• Manage jobs to achieve proposed gross margins and KPI goals.
• Maintain organized, clean, and stocked work truck with PPE and tools.
• Train and mentor apprentices for accurate diagnosis and proper equipment use.
