Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional drain experience.
- Experience with full drain replacement and sewer lining is highly preferred.
- Proficiency using diagnostic tools, including camera inspection systems and hydro-jetting machines.
- Strong communication skills to explain issues clearly to customers.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar service software is a plus.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and high workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; valid driver's license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Execute full drain replacements and sewer lining projects, ensuring safety and standards.
- Perform comprehensive drain cleaning on residential properties using industry tools.
- Diagnose and resolve drainage and sewer issues with detailed inspections and troubleshooting.
- Present repair and replacement options to customers with clear recommendations.
- Maintain thorough records of work, parts used, and customer interactions (ServiceTitan).
- Collaborate with customers to educate on preventive maintenance and proper care.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe, clean work environment.
- Keep work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with tools and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training.

- Executing full drain replacements and sewer lining projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Performing comprehensive drain cleaning services for residential properties using industry-leading tools such as drain snakes, hydro-jetting machines, and camera inspection systems
- Diagnosing and resolving drainage and sewer issues through detailed inspections and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Presenting repair and replacement options to customers, offering clear and honest recommendations
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and customer interactions using ServiceTitan
- Collaborating with customers to educate them on preventive maintenance and proper care of their plumbing systems
- Following all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Keeping work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and materials to efficiently handle each job
- Staying current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and expertise
