Job summary

Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a Drain Service Technician to perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work for commercial and residential customers. You will communicate with customers, educate on drain repair needs, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure high-quality service.

Must maintain PPE, operate equipment safely, and be available for overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations. DOT regulations may apply. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of professional commercial driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, medical certification, and road exams.
• Work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work for commercial and residential calls.
• Provide effective communication between customers and Wind River Environmental.
• Operate with PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain a well‑inventory truck and equipment.
• Respond to trouble or emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customer service and dispatch for success.
• Submit quotes and service paperwork to management.
