Job summary

Wind River Environmental is seeking a Project Technician (CCTV Operator) to operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for municipal and commercial customers. The role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose drain issues, with background in plumbing/drain cleaning preferred.

You will work independently, drive between sites, and respond to emergencies as needed. The position includes safety training, on-site customer interaction, and maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose and resolve drain issues.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including policies, procedures, safety rules, and maps.
• Customer-facing communication with co-workers and management.
• Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV equipment on municipal and commercial sites.
• Drive company vehicles between sites and at client locations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Provide customer service interactions on site to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to trouble or emergency calls in a timely manner.
