Job Summary: As a Drain Cleaning Technician at Aelott, you will be responsible for diagnosing, clearing, and maintaining residential and commercial drainage systems. This role requires hands‑on problem‑solving, technical skill, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear clogged drains using augers, drain snakes, and hydro‑jetting equipment
• Perform video inspections of sewer and drain lines to identify issues
• Identify causes of blockages such as grease buildup, debris, or tree root intrusion
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent future drainage problems
• Repair or recommend replacement of damaged pipes as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and local plumbing codes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
