Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a dedicated Drain Cleaning & Repair Technician to join our local, employee-focused team in Hendersonville. You will work on solving residential drain and sewer issues with hands-on problem solving, on-site service, and customer interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

Your main focus will be helping customers solve drain and sewer problems.

You'll:

• Clear clogged kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and main sewer drains
• Operate professional drain-cleaning equipment
• Perform sewer and drain camera inspections
• Diagnose drain and sewer problems
• Perform drain and sewer repairs
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations
• Help customers understand what's causing their plumbing problem
• Recommend solutions that actually solve the customer's issue
• Keep your company vehicle, equipment, and tools clean and organized
• Provide an awesome customer experience from the moment you arrive until the job is complete

Every day is different. One day you might be clearing a kitchen sink, the next you're running a sewer camera, repairing a drain line, or helping a homeowner figure out why their sewer keeps backing up.
