Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Dragline Operator to perform underwater sand and gravel extraction with a Manitowoc 4600 dragline.

The role emphasizes safe operation and required preventative maintenance, and it is an Operating Engineer 150 position with a day shift, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will join the dragline extraction teams in sand and gravel pits, follow SHE policies, and contribute to a culture of safety while meeting plant needs.

Qualifications

• Must have safety-conscious mindset and ability to follow health, safety and environmental policies.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a mining environment.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Dragline mobile equipment.
• Perform underwater sand & gravel extraction tasks and site prep as needed.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks for safe dragline operation.
