Job summary

High5 seeks an experienced Dragline Operator to perform underwater sand and gravel extraction and site preparation with excavators and dozers as needed.

The role includes preventative maintenance and strict adherence to SHE policies, PPE usage, and team safety culture. A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of dragline experience are required; day shift hours are 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, with overtime as directed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of dragline operating experience required.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, varying shifts and overtime as directed.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain dragline equipment and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform underwater sand and gravel extraction tasks and site prep with excavators and dozers as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on dragline and related equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Adhere to all SHE policies and wear PPE; maintain clear communication within the team.
