Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Dragline Operator for day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM), Monday–Saturday, at our Illinois site. You will perform underwater sand & gravel extraction, site prep with excavators, and daily equipment maintenance as part of a safety‑driven team.

The role requires 5 years of dragline experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and ability to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts. Emphasis on safety, PPE, and teamwork in a unionized setting.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have 5 years of experience operating draglines.
• Ability to operate and maintain dragline mobile equipment.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and multiple shifts with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Dragline in sand & gravel pits, including site prep.
• Perform preventative maintenance on dragline equipment.
• Follow SHE policies and maintain a safe work environment.
