Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a prestigious client in the construction and industrial technology sector with a Dragline operator role. The candidate will perform underwater sand and gravel extraction tasks, coordinate site prep with excavators and dozers, and ensure preventive maintenance of the dragline is completed to keep operations safe and efficient.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of dragline operations experience, strong communication abilities, and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 5 years of experience in Dragline operations.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain Dragline mobile equipment.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all underwater sand & gravel extraction tasks
• Conduct site preparation with excavators and dozers when needed
• Perform all preventative maintenance tasks for the dragline
• Work as a team member following plant safety rules
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies
