Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled Dragline operator for a global leader in heavy equipment and industrial technology. The role focuses on underwater sand and gravel extraction tasks, site preparation with excavators and dozers, and thorough dragline maintenance.

You will join a safety‑conscious team, adhere to SHE policies, and collaborate to ensure reliable operations. A high school diploma, 5 years' dragline experience, and good computer and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of experience in Dragline operations.
• Must possess basic computer skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform all underwater sand & gravel extraction tasks
• Conduct site preparation with excavators and dozers when needed
• Perform all preventative maintenance tasks for the dragline
• Work as a team member following plant safety rules
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies
