You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers, revise drawings to reflect design changes, and maintain organized project documentation while meeting schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a draftsman.
• Proficient knowledge of CAD software and drafting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical codes a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineers' specifications.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed computer-aided design drawings as per the instructions and specifications provided by the engineers

Overview

We are seeking a skilled draftsman to join our team. The draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications given by engineers. These drawings will be used as blueprints to guide the technicians as to how to move forward with their job. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of HVAC systems, Plumbing, and Electrical codes and regulations, and a good understanding of scale when doing drawings. The role of the draftsman is to translate conceptual designs into a set of technical instructions for a project execution. Synergy Companies is a full service Energy and environmental management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.
