Job summary

Welltower is seeking an experienced Drafting Coordinator to support large-scale design solutions for senior living real estate. The role is field-based with a home office and up to 25% travel to properties within the region.

You will produce and update AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure design integrity across documentation packages. A 2+ year interior design background and CAD proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience with design development, documentation, and drawings coordination.

Responsibilities

• Draft, document, coordinate, and produce drawing packages.
• Update AutoCAD drawings: floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, millwork details.
• Translate concepts and markups into coordinated design drawings.
• Maintain CAD standards, layers, lineweights, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
