  • Extract and interpret information from customer drawings; coordinate with Project Managers and Sales to clarify missing or conflicting details.
  • Apply a working understanding of AWIP calculation processes and engineering concepts to ensure drafting accuracy (without independently modifying engineering methods).
  • Perform detailed planchecks and BOM reviews for standard or moderate-difficulty projects prepared by Level I Drafters.
  • Support Level I Drafters by providing guidance on drafting practices, Revit/AutoCAD usage, and AWIP procedures.
  • Manage personal project schedules with increasing independence, prioritizing tasks according to drafting workloads and deadlines.
  • Maintain solid understanding of construction engineering terminology, IMP system behavior, and product application limits.

  • Participate in team training sessions and contribute to the development of internal drafting resources and tools as assigned.
  • Complete all required training, including in-person sessions conducted by Supervisors or senior Drafting team members.
  • Comply with all company, departmental, and safety policies.
