Actalent is seeking a CAD Drafter/Designer to support an engineering team in Saint Louis, MO. The role focuses on producing detailed manufacturing drawings from CAD models and collaborating with engineers on development programs.

The position is hybrid, with exposure to multiple new product development projects and a strong emphasis on documentation and production-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience with SolidEdge (preferred) or SolidWorks.
• Strong background in mechanical drafting and CAD development.
• Ability to create detailed manufacturing drawings from existing models.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or product development teams.
• Associate's Degree in Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Engineering degrees will also be considered.
• Experience with injection molded plastic components is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed manufacturing and production drawings from existing CAD models.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
