You will work as part of a small, focused engineering group with clear reporting lines and access to mentorship opportunities. The culture is flexible and supportive, offering autonomy to manage your workload while partnering closely with engineers on real‑world product designs. The typical schedule follows standard hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility as needed. The dress code is business casual or smart casual. The role includes paid time off of 40 hours and 10 paid holidays, contributing to a balanced and sustainable work‑life environment.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
