Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a Merchandising Representative to stock and rotate products at customer sites in Northern Arizona, with a focus on Flagstaff. You will establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring best-in-class service and product visibility.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, weekend/holiday availability, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A vehicle and cell phone allowances are provided as part of the benefits.

MERCHANDISING REP

Position Summary:

Our Merchandising Representatives stock and rotate our products on-site at our customer locations. As a representative of Hensley, they establish and maintain our customer relationships providing best-in-class services and address all customer needs.

**This position is based out of Flagstaffand supports customers in NorthernArizona.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• W ork wit h Merchandising Leadership to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up
• Stock and rotate cold shelf/cooler with products from display inventory or from the retailer's backroom
• Fill shelves and displays with products in a manner that is organized and neat
• Support displays with themed Point of Sale material to enhance sales opportunity
• Work efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by Merchandising Leadership
• Follow safety protocols and training and maintain a safe environment
• Check and monitor Hensley Beverage and competitive shelf and display pricing

Required Skills and Experience:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Frequently required to lift up to thirty-five (35) pounds
• Frequently required to move pallets of productMust be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation; we will provide a vehicle allowance
• Must have a cell phone with data capability; we will provide a cell phone allowance
• Previous beverage industry/merchandiser experience helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to successfully clear Background check, drug test & / or Physical
• $30 monthly cell phone allowance
• $300 monthly car allowance
