About The Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency. Whether on the grill, fryer, or saut station, you'll ensure every plate meets our quality expectations. What You'll Do

• Cook Up a Storm: Work your magic on the grill, fryer, saut, broiler, and more to create mouth-watering dishes.
• Keep It Fresh: Prepare food from scratch using fresh, local ingredients that'll wow our guests every time.
• Stay Cool Under Pressure: Keep your cool in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
• Team Up: Communicate and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

• 1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant, hotel, or resort
• Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow cooking directions
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized and self-motivated
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ready to stand, move, and groove for up to four hours at a time.
• Can bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and keep up with a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with the team and guests.
