Job summary

Doll Distributing is seeking a full-time position in Des Moines, IA for stocking shelves, rotating products, and supporting brewery/supplier requirements. This role involves unloading, merchandising, and maintaining backrooms in convenience stores, with a focus on product freshness and safety.

The ideal candidate is at least 19 years old, has a high school diploma or GED, and holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist with unloading products from trailers, by hand or using hand carts.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with products daily primarily at convenience stores.
Comply with proper product rotation standards for product freshness and quality.
Work product in back rooms of stores and condense backstock each time in store to keep these areas clean at all times.
Prepare damaged and outdated product for pickup and return.
Secure, set, and move displays when required.
Place proper point-of-sale materials on mail shelf, displays, and coolers.
Follow company and brewery merchandising standards.
Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the external customer.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Compliance with all company safety guidelines.
