Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to account service schedule and assignments, as directed.
• Maintain records of suppliers’ draft accounts receiving this service.
• Record information on each call and file reports as required.
• Ensure at least one tap remains in operation during cleaning for multi-tap accounts.
• Perform cleaning procedures on keg lines and taps, including untapping, cleaning, and re-tapping.
• Keep the work area clean and follow liquor control regulations.
• Update tap surveys and stay informed of promotions and sales strategies.
