The role involves handling donor/tissue product records, reviewing Recovery Partner forms, and maintaining the DQA file room to support quality systems. Under minimal supervision, you will perform data entry for serology and culture, coordinate with Human Tissue Quality Assurance, and help drive documentation compliance, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Good typing and communication skills; familiar with general office procedures.
• Must be able to commute to Kennesaw weekly; hybrid after training.

Responsibilities

• Input donor data from Recovery Partners into donor records.
• Perform data entry for donor records, including serology and culture entries.
• Maintain DQA file room and organize donor/tissue product information.
• Collaborate with Human Tissue Quality Assurance to gather graft records.
• Scan Certificates of Assurance to support Customer Service.
• Review Recovery Partner forms submitted to DQA.
• Complete review of all Rejected charts and update donor chart status.
• Understand ISO, AATB, GTPs and Quality System Regulations relevant to operations.
• Provide input to management for new/revised documents.
• Mentor and assist DQA Technicians.
