Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon PT license or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
