Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; DOT/OSHA safety policies must be followed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tires, lubrication, and component checks.
• Collaborate with supervisor and technicians to learn new skills.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
